The ingredients are: 1 onion, finely diced, 3 cloves garlic, sliced, 1 green chilli, chopped, seeds in, 60g butter, 6 sprigs thyme, 2 x 340g tinned corn, 100g crumbled feta, Juice and zest 1 lime, 50g mayo, 50g salad cream, Dust with cayenne and 50g chopped pecans.
