Simon Rimmer steamed burgers with jalapeno peppers recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up tasty steamed burgers with jalapeno peppers and cheese sauce on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 600g minced beef, 12 chopped jalapenos from a jar, 1 tablespoon salt and 2 teaspoons black pepper.

For the sauce : 300g extra mature cheddar, grated, 30g finely grated parmesan, Tablespoon cornflour, 300ml tin evaporated milk, 50ml hot sauce (use Franks), Toasted burger buns, sliced red onion, lettuce, mayo, sliced pickle.
