Martyn Odell served up tasty sandy potatoes with brined chicken on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 2 large floury potatoes, 50g Panko breadcrumbs, 50g parmesan, A few sprigs of thyme, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, Salt, Olive oil, 2 tablespoon Coriander seeds, A few sprigs of thyme, 1 lemon, 50g Salt, 1 litre of water, Chicken Legs, Small bunch of parsley, 2 teaspoons Capers, Good splash of red wine vinegar, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, Olive oil, Pinch of chilli flakes, Smokey salt and Salad (any mixed leaves).
