James Martin Chicken with Koji, Teriyaki Sauce and BBQ Cucumbers recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up tasty Chicken breasts with Koji, Teriyaki Sauce and BBQ Cucumbers on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 2 x 200g chicken breasts cut into strips and 4 tbsp koji.

For the teriyaki sauce: 100ml mirin, 100ml sake and 25ml soy.

To serve: Spring onions, sliced, 1 red Chilli sliced, Micro Coriander and Chilli fonds.
