Simon Rimmer chicken tikka naanwich recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up a tasty chicken tikka naanwich (naan bread sandwich) on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 1 x 7g sachet instant yeast, 1 teaspoon Nigella seeds, 125ml hot water, 2 teaspoons sugar, 300g bread flour, 25g melted butter, 150g yoghurt, 1 teaspoon salt, 800g cubed chicken breast, 100ml natural yoghurt, Juice 1 lime, 2 cloves crushed garlic, 25mm piece ginger, finely chopped, 1 tablespoon ground coriander, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1 teaspoon ground garam masala, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon salt, 200g yoghurt, Half grated cucumber, 1 tablespoon mint sauce and Shredded gem, sliced red onion, juice 1 lemon.
