Simon Rimmer Thai fish cakes with cod and green beans recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up tasty Thai fish cakes with cod, green beans and dipping sauce on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 300g cod, cut into chunks, 50g green Thai curry paste, 1 egg, 30ml fish sauce, 5g sugar, 30g corn flour, 3 lime leaves, finely chopped, 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander stem and 10 fine green beans, finely sliced.

For the dipping sauce: 50ml fish sauce, Juice and zest 2 limes, 2 teaspoons sugar, Clove garlic, 2 birds eye chillies and Garnish with coriander and sliced red chilli.
