Big Has tantuni with ribeye steak wraps recipe on Sunday Brunch

Big Has served up tasty Turkish inspired tantuni with ribeye steak and tortilla wraps on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 1k aged ribeye – 3/4 steaks if possible not one whole piece, Turkish paprika – 2 teaspoons, Ground cumin – 2 teaspoons, Pul biber – 2 teaspoons, 6 cloves garlic minced and Pickles chillies.

To serve: Tortilla x10, White onion x2, Bunch of parsley picked, Bunch of mint picked, 2 whole tomatoes chopped and Sumac.
