Ainsley Harriott sunshine breakfast smoothie with turmeric and ginger recipe on Ainsley’s Fantastic Flavours

Ainsley Harriott served up a refreshing sunshine breakfast smoothie with turmeric and ginger on Ainsley’s Fantastic Flavours.

The ingredients are: 1 large mango, peeled and diced, 1 frozen or fresh banana, peeled and chopped, 1 x 230g tin of pineapple chunks in juice (or use fresh and 2-3 tbsp juice), 300ml of light coconut milk (or other plant-based milk), 4-6 mint leaves, roughly chopped, 3cm fresh root ginger, peeled, finely grated, 2cm fresh turmeric root, finely grated or ½ tsp ground turmeric, ½ lime, for squeezing and 1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup, if needed.
