Simon Rimmer Christmas dinner mac and cheese with sprouts recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up a tasty Christmas dinner mac and cheese with sprouts and pigs in blanket on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 250g shredded cooked turkey, 100g chopped sprouts, 100g cooked, chopped pigs in blankets and 100g butter.

for the cheese sauce : 1 litre milk, 2 bay leaves, 40g butter, 50g plain flour, 200g finely grated aged parmesan, 200g shredded Scamorza cheese, 2 tsp cayenne, 1 tbs English mustard and 400g cooked macaroni.

For the topping: 70g finely grated parmesan, 70g Scamorza and 70g brioche crumbs.
