Sabrina Ghayour servd up a tasty kofta, orzo pasta and tomato traybake with feta cheese on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients are: 500g minced lamb, 300g orzo pasta, 1 large onion, peeled and finely chopped, 1 large red pepper, cored, deseeded and finely diced, 4 fat garlic cloves, peeled and thinly sliced, 1 small pack (about 30g) of flat leaf parsley, finely chopped, 3tbsp rose harissa, 1tbsp caster sugar, 690g (1 large jar) passata, 300ml cold water, 3tbsp olive oil, 200g feta cheese, cut into roughly 1cm cubes, Sea salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper.
