John Whaite pork kebabs with chips (pork gyros) recipe on Steph’s Packed Lunch

John Whaite served up tasty pork kebabs with chips (pork gyros) on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients for the pork are: 2 pork loin steaks, fat removed, 2 tbsp full-fat Greek yogurt, 1 tsp dried thyme, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp celery salt and 1 tsp black pepper.

For the kebabs: 2 tbsp olive oil, 4 Mediterranean-style flatbreads, 4 heaped tbsp tzatziki, 2 tomato, roughly diced, 1 small red onion, finely sliced, ½ cucumber, peeled and sliced, 100g feta cheese, A few drops of cider vinegar and fine sea salt.

Portion of chips, optional.
