James Martin Koji Steak with Mushroom Ketchup and Teriyaki Sauce recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up a tasty Koji Steak with Mushroom Ketchup and Teriyaki Sauce on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 2 x 200g sirloin steaks and 4 tbsp koj.

For the ketchup: 250g dried shiitake mushrooms, 350ml water and 150ml rice wine vinegar.

For the teriyaki: 100ml mirin, 100ml sake and 25ml soy.

To serve: Crispy fried wild rice, Micro herbs and 2 button mushrooms, sliced.
