Simon Rimmer served up tasty hake with clams and Serrano ham on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 4 x 150g hake fillets, Olive oil, Salt & pepper, 1kg rinsed clams, 100g chopped Serrano ham, 75g peas, Handful of chives, snipped, 100ml white wine, 300ml cream and Zest 1 orange.
