Raymond Blanc served up tasty pan-fried cod with brown shrimp sauce and spinach on Simply Raymond Blanc.

The ingredients include: Fresh cod, Morecambe bay shrimps, butter, water, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, flour to coat, oil for frying, salt and pepper for seasoning.

For the spinach: garlic, spinach, water, 6g butter and a bag of spinach.

Fresh parsley to garnish.
