Raymond Blanc potato cakes with tomato sauce recipe on simply Raymond Blanc

Raymond Blanc served up tasty potato cakes three ways (cheese, herbs and crab meat) with tomato sauce on simply Raymond Blanc.

The ingredients include: King Edwards potatoes, pinch of salt and black pepper for seasoning.

For the cheese potato cakes: 30g Comte cheese.

For the herb cakes: Chervil, parsley and tarragon.

For the crab cakes: Crab meat, spring onions and cayenne pepper.

For the tomato sauce: Olive oil, onion, garlic, tomato puree and fresh tomatoes.

To serve: Deep fried potato skins.
