Matt Tebbutt Hazelnut and Chocolate Ice Cream Sandwich recipe on Go Veggie and Vegan

Matt Tebbutt served up a delicious hazelnut and chocolate ice cream sandwich on Go Veggie and Vegan.

The ingredients are: 1 370g can vegan condensed milk, 600ml oat-based whipping plant based double cream, vanilla extract, 2 vegan white choc cream wafer bars, 150g plain flour, 120g soft brown sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 80ml oat milk, 70g coconut oil, softened, 50g chopped vegan salted caramel chocolate, 50g chopped vegan milk chocolate, pinch sea salt, 100g vegan milk chocolate and 50g hazelnuts, chopped.
