John Torode and Lisa Faulkner chicken parmesan with bechamel sauce recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen

John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up a tasty chicken parmesan with a cheat’s bechamel sauce on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients for the breaded chicken are: 4 eggs, beaten, 1 tsp paprika, Pinch salt, 2 skinless chicken breasts, 100g Panko breadcrumbs and Vegetable oil.

For the cheat’s bechamel sauce: 300g Greek yoghurt , 1 generous tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 egg, beaten, 100g grated mozzarella, 4 large spoonfuls ragù sauce, 40g parmesan, grated and 1-2 tbsp finely chopped parsley.

To serve: 50g Panko breadcrumbs, 50g finely chopped parsley, 50g parmesan cheese, grated and A lemon wedge.
