John Gregory-Smith served up a tasty Chorizo Shakshuka with tomatoes and smoked paprika on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 red onion. finely chopped, 100g chorizo, finely chopped, 1 clove garlic, finely chopped, 4 tomatoes, finely chopped, 1 tsp smoked paprika, plus a pinch for the eggs, 1 tsp chilli flakes, 4 free range eggs and A small handful of roughly chopped parsley leaves.
To serve: Tahini, bread and Sea salt.
