Clodagh Mckenna served up a creamy spinach and ricotta chicken with tagliolini pasta on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 2 chicken breasts, sliced in two horizontally to make 2 thin fillets, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 20g butter, 150g baby spinach, 5 tablespoons ricotta, Grating of fresh nutmeg, 50g fresh Panko bread crumbs, 50g parmesan, finely grated, Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Serve with cooked fresh egg Tagliolini pasta tossed in butter and fresh sage.
