John Gregory Smith served up a tasty rose harissa chicken traybake with hummus, butter beans and a chopped salad on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 1 kg chicken thighs, skin and bone on , 2 red onions, quartered , 8 cloves garlic , 4 tbsp rose harissa , 1 tbsp olive oil , 200ml white wine , 1 x 400g tin – butter beans, drained , Juice of ½ a lemon , 50g feta , A handful of finely chopped dill and Sea salt.
