Joseph Denison-Carey pesto with pasta, basil, sun-dried tomatoes and burrata recipe on This Morning

Joseph Denison-Carey served up a tasty posh homemade pesto dinner with triofe pasta, basil, sun-blush tomatoes, toasted pine nuts and burrata cheese on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 200g trofie pasta (or alternatively spaghetti or penne works well), 100g basil, 25g rocket, 2 large cloves garlic, crushed, 25g finely grated parmesan, 50g pine nuts, 50ml olive oil, Salt to taste , 100g burrata or stracciatella and 80g sun dried tomatoes.

Fresh basil to serve.
