Cauliflower Couscous by Henry Dimbleby and Pasta ravioli with burrata mozzarella by Antonio Carluccio on Saturday Kitchen

Chefs Antonio Carluccio and Henry Dimbleby visits James Martin in Saturday Kitchen Live to serve up two delicious looking plate of food for Formula One driver Mark Webber to try.

Antonio Carluccio cooks a green pasta ravioli burrata mozzalera dish and says: “Give homemade pasta a go – it isn’t as difficult as you might think.”

Here it’s coloured green with spinach then stuffed with a buttery variety of mozzarella and warmed just before serving in butter infused with rosemary.

For his dish, Henry Dimbleby use cauliflower as couscous with kale and feta spiced fritters and a tomato and ginger chutney to create a lovely vegetarian delight.

Henry says: “This is a vegetarian and gluten-free recipe using finely chopped cauliflower in place of couscous.”
