Simon Rimmer served up a tasty katsu curried fish pie with garam masala, honey and soy sauce on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 1 large diced onions,1 clove of chopped garlic, 3 chopped carrots, 2 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp curry powder, 500ml fish stock, 2 tbsp honey and 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp garam masala, 1 tsp cornflour, 2 tbsp water, 12 mussels, out of shell, 200g salmon and 200g cod.
For the topping: 300g mash potato and 65g butter.
For the crumb: 100g brioche breadcrumbs, 50g butter and the zest of 1 lime.
