Simon Rimmer vegan plum and apple crumble recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up a delicious vegan plum and apple crumble on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 300g apples, peeled, cored and sliced, 400g chopped plums in a pan, 150g sugar, 25g maple syrup, 1 vanilla pod and 1 tsp vanilla extract.

For the topping: 200g wholemeal flour, 150g demarera sugar, 160g vegan spread (flora) and 2tsp cinnamon.

To Serve: a dusting of icing sugar and vegan ice cream.
