Asma Khan courgette sabzi with rice and roti recipe on Sunday Brunch

Asma Khan served up a tasty courgette sabzi with rice and roti bread on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredient are: 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil , 2 dried red chilli, broken in half, – ½ teaspoon of nigella seeds (black onion), 400g courgettes cut into 1cm cubes, ½ teaspoon ground turmeric and ½ teaspoon salt.
