Simon Rimmer served up delicious wheels of a wagon with chocolate and marshmallows on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 175g butter, 165g sifted icing sugar, 2tsp vanilla essence, 2tsp honey, 1 egg, 335g plain flour, 1tsp baking powder, marshmallow fluff (a total of 125g fluff) and 125g seedless raspberry jam.
For the chocolate coating: 400g chopped dark 70% chocolate, 375g milk chocolate and 110ml vegetable oil.
