Simon Rimmer white Russian Swiss roll recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up a delicious white Russian Swiss roll with vodka, cream and fresh strawberries on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 3 eggs, 75g golden caster sugar, 1 tsp of vanilla extract and 75g self-raising flour.

For the filling: 200ml of whipping or double cream, 25ml of vodka, 25ml of coffee liqueur and 75g of melted dark chocolate.

To finish: melted chocolate, icing sugar and fresh strawberries.
