Simon Rimmer chocolate, orange and red wine pots recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up delicious chocolate, orange and red wine pots with honeycomb and red wine syrup on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 200ml red wine, juice and zest of 1 orange, 100g sugar, 500g chocolate, 8 egg yolks, 275ml milk, 225ml of double cream, 50g of sugar and 15g of butter.

For the honeycomb: 3 tbsp golden syrup, 200g sugar and 2 tsp of bicarb.
