Simon Rimmer spiced fish and pepper stew recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up a tasty spiced fish and pepper stew on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 1kg sea bass, salmon and cod (combined) cut into big chunks, 1 red and 1 green pepper, 1.5kg tomatoes, 1 onion, sliced, 4 cloves garlic, 2 birds eye chillies, tbs smoked paprika, 10g cumin, 5g cinnamon, 10g sugar, 200g sour cream and 75g harissa paste.

To serve: lemons and flatbread.
