Jack Stein served up a tasty Thai Pork Buns and Apple Sauce on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 4 pork neck steaks, Brine, 1 tsp shrimp paste, 100ml fish sauce, 50ml lime juice, 25g palm sugar, 50ml water and a Bangkok dry rub.
