Phil Vickery Wensleydale flan using Grandma Wynn’s recipe on This Morning

Phil Vickery and Alison O’Neill served up a tasty flan using Grandma Wynn’s Wensleydale flan recipe on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 25g unsalted butter, 10 spring onions, roughly chopped, 1 x 24cm diameter x 4cm deep baked blind pastry case, 3 tbsp roughly chopped fresh mint, 3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, 350g Wensleydale cheese, cut into small cubes, 2 medium eggs, 2 medium egg yolks, 600ml milk, ½ tsp grated nutmeg, Ripe tomatoes, to serve, Salt and pepper.
