Nadiya Hussain giant chocolate chip pan cookie recipe on Nadiya’s Time to Eat

Nadiya Hussain served up a delicious giant and speedy chocolate chip pan cookie on Nadiya’s Time to Eat.

The ingredients are: 150g unsalted butter, 160g brown sugar, 1 medium egg, ½ tsp vanilla extract, ½ tsp almond extract, 225g plain flour, ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda, ½ tsp salt and 200g chocolate chips/ mini multicoloured sugar-coated chocolates.
