Nadiya Hussain served up a delicious giant and speedy chocolate chip pan cookie on Nadiya’s Time to Eat.

The ingredients are: 150g unsalted butter, 160g brown sugar, 1 medium egg, ½ tsp vanilla extract, ½ tsp almond extract, 225g plain flour, ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda, ½ tsp salt and 200g chocolate chips/ mini multicoloured sugar-coated chocolates.

  2. Hi Nadyia, I live in South Africa and absolutely love your show. I thought I would spoil my boys with your giant chocolate cookie. I made it as per your recipe but used baking margerine Instead of butter. It didnt cook ontop, even after an hour it was still doughy ontop. Is there something you can suggest.
