John Torode tortilla with chips and a tomato salad recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen

John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up a tasty tortilla with chips and a tomato and shallot salad on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients are: X1 portion of chip shop chips (hot and fresh) or oven chips, 100ml olive oil, 1 large onion chopped, 200g Sliced spicy chorizo, 4 eggs, salt & pepper.

For the tomato Salad: Shallots (chopped), Good quality tomatoes – a mix of red and yellow is nice (sliced), Red wine vinegar, Olive Oil, 100g wild rocket and 20g shaved Parmesan.
