Simon Rimmer served up tasty Roasted Veg With Smoked Garlic And Sausages on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 12 of your favourite sausages, cooked, 450g cherry tomatoes, 2 red onions, cut into wedges, 3 peppers, cut into chunks, 4 cloves sliced smoked garlic, 3 courgettes, cut into pieces, 15g chilli flakes, 150ml olive oil, few sprigs rosemary, salt & pepper.
To serve: roasted veg with cheesy garlic bread and a mix of yoghurt and siracha dressing.
