Mary Berry tarte tatin with Bramley apple puree and caramel recipe

Mary Berry serves up a delicious tarte tatin with caramel, sweet English dessert apples, creme fresh and a Bramley apple puree on classic Mary Berry.

The ingredients are: 175g granulated sugar, butter, for greasing, 200g peeled and cored Bramley apples, diced into 2cm chunks, 2 tbsp caster sugar, 4 large eating apples, plain flour, for dusting and 1 x 375g block of all-butter puff pastry.

Creme fresh to serve.
