Mary Berry served up a tasty cannon of lamb with spring vegetables and mint dressing on Classic Mary Berry.
The ingredients include: cannon of lamb, rosemary, salt and pepper.
For the mint dressing: mint, olive oil, garlic, spring onions and vinegar.
To serve: green spring vegetables.
