Matt Tebbutt served up rice balls dessert using leftover rice on Save Money: Good Food.

The ingredients are: 100g raspberries, 50g chopped hazelnuts, 50g dark chocolate, 50g cooked Jasmine rice, 50ml double cream, 25g soft brown sugar, 0.5g cinnamon and 25g desiccated coconut.
