Charlie’s Powderham curried cockles recipe on Mary Berry’s Country House Secrets

Charlie served up a tasty Powderham curried cockles with rice for Mary berry on on Mary Berry’s Country House Secrets.

The ingredients are: 1 large onion, 1 tsp garam masala, ground cumin, ground coriander, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 150ml white wine, 600ml fish stock, 150ml cream, 2 chopped apples, 5 tbsp mango chutney, zest of one lemon, juice of 1/2 lemon, fresh cockles, salt and pepper to season.

To serve: fresh coriander, fresh parsley and boil rice.
