Dick Strawbridge served up a quick and easy to make steamed pudding with butterscotch sauce on today’s episode of The Hungry Sailors.

The ingredients are: 4oz butter, 4oz sugar, 50z self raising flour, 2 eggs and lemon zest.

For the butterscotch sauce: butter, brown sugar (same weight as butter) and cream.
