Simon Rimmer Mexican Spiced Chocolate Fudge Pudding Recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer make a delicious Mexican spiced chocolate fudge pudding dessert spiced with cinnamon, cloves and Tabasco on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 450g chocolate, 200g butter, 10 eggs, 300g sugar, 1 vanilla pod, 200g flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp ground cinnamon, 1 pinch ground cloves, 3 tbs sour cream and 10ml tabasco.

For the Sauce: 250ml whipping cream, 60g butter, 100g cocoa powder, 100g caster sugar, 100g soft dark brown sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon.
