Dale’s flapjacks with oats recipe on Eat, Shop, Save

Dale Pinnock served up healthy oatcake flapjacks for the Killicks family from Berkshire on Eat, Shop, Save.

The ingredients are: 250g pitted dates (roughly chopped), 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, Porridge oats – no set weight, see method and 2 tablespoons of mixed seeds.
