Matt Tebbutt served up a Indian banquet with pork shoulder curry and roasted cauliflower for under five pounds on Save Money: Good Food.
The ingredients for the curry consist of: pork shoulder, onions, salt, garlic, cumin, cloves, garam masala, cinnamon, coriander, chillies, tin tomatoes and a stock cube.
For the dhal: used all the ingredients above but replace the pork with lentils.
For the chapati: chapati flour and water.
