Juliet Sear mini strawberries pavlovas with Pimm’s liqueur recipe on This Morning

Juliet Sear severed up delicious mini strawberries pavlovas with Pimm’s liqueur on This Morning.

The ingredients for the meringue are: 3 medium egg whites, at room temperature, 150g caster sugar plus, 1 tsp vanilla extract, ¾ tsp white vinegar or lemon juice and 1½ tsp cornflour.

To serve: 15g caster sugar, 300g Strawberries, hulled and halved/quartered, 80ml Pimm’s, 300ml double cream and 20g icing sugar.

For the ‘tennis court dust’ (optional): 2 biscuits or cookies (suggested almond and pistachio biscuits) and ¼ tsp strong green food colouring paste.
