Gok Wan Crispy Korean fried chicken with pineapple fried rice recipe on Gok Wan’s Easy Asian

Gok Wan served up tasty Crispy Korean fried chicken with Gochujang chilli paste, chilli flakes and pineapple fried rice on Gok Wan’s Easy Asian.

The ingredients are: chicken thighs and vegetable oil.

For the seasoned flour: corn flour, pinch of salt, pinch of white pepper, chilli flakes and garlic powder.

For the batter: self-raising flour, tsp baking powder, Korean Gochujang chilli with fermented soya beans paste, sparkling water and a drop of vodka.

For the pineapple fried rice: 1 tbsp vegetable oil, garlic, spring onions, frozen peas, pinch garlic powder, onion granules, 1 egg, pineapple, pre-cooked chilled rice, light soy, white pepper, black sesame seeds and sesame oil.
