Simon Rimmer served up a tasty sausage and chorizo goulash dish on today’s episode of Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 700g good quality beef sausages, 300g spicy chorizo, Oil and butter to fry, 2 finely sliced onions, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tbs smoked paprika, 2 finely chopped red chillies, 1 very finely sliced red pepper, 200ml beef stock, 175ml sour cream, 1 tbs chopped parsley and 2 tins, drained butter beans.
