Simon Rimmer served up tasty chicken, chorizo and black pudding pie on today’s episode of Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients for the pastry are: 450g flour, Salt and Pepper, 50ml milk, 50ml warm water, 150g chopped lard and 1 yolk, beaten.
For the filling: 4 chicken breasts, cut into cubes, 450g pork sausage meat, 225g chopped chorizo, 125g sliced black pudding (fried), tsp grd nutmeg, plenty of salt and grd white pepper, 3g ground allspice, tbs chopped rosemary and 25ml Worcestershire sauce.
