James Martin and Kate Galloway served up tasty roasted sardines and mackerel with radishese on James Martin: Home Comforts.

The ingredients are: 6 ripe tomatoes, cut into chunks, 4 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves only, 3 garlic cloves, crushed, 1 baguette, cut into cubes, 125ml extra virgin olive oil, 8 sardines, gutted and cleaned, butterflied and filleted, 4 fresh mackerel, gutted and cleaned, cut into large pieces, 2 bunches radishes, trimmed, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 2 tbsp honey, 1 small bunch fresh basil, leaves only, torn and salt and freshly ground black pepper.
