Dean Edwards Citrus salmon with carrot and noodle salad recipe on Lorraine

Dean Edwards served up tasty citrus salmon with carrot and noodle salad on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients are: 4 salmon fillets, 1 small piece ginger julienned, 2 cloves garlic sliced, Juice 1 orange, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 100g vermicelli rice noodles, 2 large carrots julienned, 100g sugar snap peas sliced lengthways, 1 red chilli sliced thinly (optional) and Fresh coriander for garnish.

For the dressing: 1 tbsp fish sauce, 2 tbsp olive oil, Small drizzle honey, 1 clove garlic crushed and Juice 1 lime.
