Dean Edwards Stir fried sprouts with chestnuts recipe on Lorraine

Dean Edwards help Dawn to serve up tasty stir fried sprouts with chestnuts for the festive season on Lorraine.

The ingredients are: 800g sprouts quartered, 100g smoked pancetta and 180g vacuum packed chestnuts.

Dressing: 1 tbs fish sauce, 2 cloves garlic crushed, 2 tbs white balsamic vinegar and Small drizzle honey.
